View by category is missing

I like this app - simple and looks great. But Id love to be able to view items by category as well as alphabetical order. Without that, it can become quite a big inventory to look through if you have a lot of items in your fridge, freezer and pantry like I do. It would also be nice to be able to note if a package is opened or almost empty.
