PLEASE ADD AN IN APP SEARCH

Takes too long for my efforts. Please add an in app search for items I have already imputed (a quick search) if you will for expired items. It takes way too long to search for items by scrolling down my whole list (lots of items) and looking for previously entered items in the black and white pictures and small font. Also crashes ALOT iphone 4. Also please give the option to turn off sound effects, really annoying now. This is the only way I can get a hold of the developer the app support is not working.
